Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated, career‑oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education to assist in delivering a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy. The teacher maintains a safe, healthy, and educational environment and communicates regularly with parents via in‑person and technology visits, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class.
- Communicate regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.
- High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age.
- At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility, or 15 relevant college credits (or CDA
) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility. - Must be (or be willing to start) pursuing a CDA (Child Development Associate) or a degree in the field.
