• Lead and manage diverse projects, delivering high-quality fire protection and life safety services.
• Prepare scopes of work, budgets, and proposals; oversee fire alarm and sprinkler system designs.
• Conduct building code reviews and smoke control modeling; serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
• Collaborate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction, mentor junior staff, and help shape the future of our fire protection practice.
• Work independently or in team settings to make a meaningful impact.

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Fire Protection
• At least 2 years of industry experience with fire protection system design and/or code consulting
• Working knowledge and experience with the interpretation and application of ICC codes, NFPA and other relevant standards
• Exposure to fire modeling (e.g., FDS, CONTAM, Pathfinder, CFAST) preferred
• Proven ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams and client groups
• Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues concisely

Salary range: $72,300-$115,000 based on experience & location
