Our Northeast Water business is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome several talented Project Engineers to our offices in Harrisburg, Bloomsburg, and King of Prussia, PA
. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on water, wastewater, utility, and infrastructure design projects that shape communities across the region.

As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions alongside a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will assist with preparing technical reports, design drawings, contract documents, cost estimates, and permits. You’ll lead and support client workshops focused on advancing technical studies and designs, while also developing project delivery strategies and job management plans to ensure compliance with QA standards.

Your work will involve supporting pricing, estimating, scoping, and marketing strategies for new projects, as well as coordinating CAD teams to produce high-quality design and construction documents. You’ll conduct field investigations and condition assessments to identify process improvements, manage communication on technical and contractual issues, and facilitate client meetings to keep projects on track.

• Engineering Drawings:
  Create engineering drawings to support the communication, evaluation, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Engineering Solutions Design:
  Contribute to the design of engineering solutions; design the feasibility testing approach and supervise its implementation to support the development and validation of engineering solutions.
• Health, Safety, and Environment:
  Follow the organization’s HSE policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the well‑being of self and others in the workplace.
• Personal Capability Building:
  Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
• Research:
  Carry out a range of research activities either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role.
• Technical Troubleshooting:
  Support technical troubleshooting efforts, aiding in the quick and accurate identification, analysis, and resolution of technical issues with equipment and experiments.
• Project Management:
  Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
• Client & Customer Management (External):
  Help senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships by using relevant sales or client systems.

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Registered Pennsylvania Professional Engineer or ability to obtain it.
• At least 3‑7 years of municipal water experience including experience in the state of Pennsylvania; prior water and wastewater design experience with local municipalities is a plus.
• Stormwater design and MS4 planning experience is a plus.
