Project Engineer – Power Uprate Engineering

This is a high-visibility role where your work will directly contribute to increasing reactor output and optimizing performance at nuclear facilities across the country.

• Leadership & Coordination:
  Provide interdisciplinary coordination for design engineering projects, manage client interactions, and serve as a single point of contact for assigned projects.
• Project Management Excellence:
  Plan, execute, and finalize projects within schedule and budget; manage project staff and prepare detailed reports; monitor financial status and overall project performance.
• Strategic Growth & Innovation:
  Develop winning, highly technical engineering proposals and support marketing efforts, including identification of new opportunities, proposal preparation, and follow-up.

• Design Engineering experience with modification and implementation processes, calculations, specifications, etc., in power facilities
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear, power, or industrial industries as an Engineer or Project Manager
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear or Chemical Engineering (or related) OR PMP Certification and 10 years' applicable experience
• PE license strongly preferred
• Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
• Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
• Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
• Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs
