Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Systems Integration & Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will lead the planning and execution of system and subsystem testing, translating complex requirements into actionable test strategies. If you enjoy hands‑on problem solving, designing test solutions, and seeing projects through from concept to launch, this role is for you.
Key Duties / Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain test procedures and plans for in‑house and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems.
- Translate customer requirements into effective system test solutions within technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Establish functional and technical specifications, troubleshoot hardware/software interfaces, and ensure full system integration.
- Lead preparation and execution of test plans, schedules, and evaluation reports for subsystems and systems.
- Analyze test results, document performance, and write discrepancy reports.
- Coordinate testing activities across programs and teams.
- Conduct integration regression testing to verify and validate fixes.
- Hands‑on engineering in labs, test facilities, and on‑site integration environments.
- Work in collaborative, fast‑moving teams solving high‑impact technical problems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with system or subsystem level testing.
- Ability to work extended hours, off‑shifts, or weekends as needed.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative team environments; occasional travel may be required.
- U.S. citizenship with eligibility for Secret clearance; interim Secret clearance required to start.
- 1–2 years professional experience post‑degree.
- Lockheed Martin Certified Test Conductor (CTC) or equivalent.
- Experience with automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with RF subsystems—antennas, transmitters, receivers, amplifiers, mixers, switches, and frequency conversion circuits.
- Experience with lab, ground, or flight hardware integration and testing.
- Skilled in COTS equipment integration, mechanical/electronic troubleshooting, and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
- Knowledge of modern Test & Measurement Equipment (T&ME) and techniques.

Work Schedule:
9×80 every other Friday off. You will work on‑site full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
