Overview
My client is a well known generational Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems commercial and industrial company. They are actively seeking a Fire Alarm Designer or potentially a hybrid Designer / Technician. This role requires knowledge of CAD and the ability to design Commercial and Industrial fire systems.
Responsibilities- Design fire protection sprinkler systems utilizing AutoCAD and Hydra
CAD. - Develop fire protection systems for wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and specialty configurations.
- Perform hydraulic calculations to ensure adequate water flow and pressures.
- Submit drawings, documentation, and completed applications.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and codes.
- Proficiency with CAD tools, AutoCAD and Hydra
CAD. - Experience designing commercial and industrial fire protection systems.
- Ability to perform hydraulic calculations and produce compliant drawings.
