A growing firm is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join its team in Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a variety of surveying projects while working with an experienced team.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee land surveying projects from fieldwork through final deliverables.
- Review survey data, boundary surveys, plats, and legal descriptions.
- Coordinate with field crews, engineers, clients, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable surveying standards and regulations.
- Assist with project planning, quality control, and client communication.
- Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required or strongly preferred.
- Experience with boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required.
