• Lead, mentor, and develop transportation engineering staff.
• Oversee project delivery, resource allocation, and quality across multiple transportation projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7+ years of transportation engineering experience.
• Background in roadway design, traffic engineering, transportation planning, intersection improvements, traffic studies, and construction administration.
• Experience managing clients, developing proposals, and overseeing project budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proficiency with transportation design software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.
