Job DescriptionSummary
Providing excellent customer service to our guests, a Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor/Dealer may work as a Dealer or a Table Games Supervisor or Boxperson on any assigned shift. When acting in the capacity of a Supervisor you will assist in the responsibilities of the day to day activities of table games operations ensuring gaming protection.
Job Duties
Dealer
- Will provide prompt, courteous and accurate service.
- Maintains continuous security of assigned game at all times
- Deal game according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
- Shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers.
- Quickly and accurately calculate face value of cards.
- Exchange cash for proper denominations of chips.
- Pick up losing bets and cards from customer’s betting square. Pay winning bets and place chips in appropriate betting square.
- Complete any required forms, records, and documents.
Supervisor Capacity
- Provides oversight of table games operations supporting the dealers in game accuracy.
- Records accurate ratings
- Settles disputes that may arise at the gaming table between guests and dealers.
- Monitors bets, payouts and makes corrections as needed while maintaining game security. Opens and closes table games as assigned.
- Tracks and records player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Qualifications- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 1 year of prior experience strongly preferred.
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
- Must have excellent customer skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for majority of shift.
- Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table.
- Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
