Cosmetologist / Hair Stylist

Our top performing stylists earn on average $25-$33 per hour ($12/hr base pay + commission + tips)

Paid blowout, braid, and updo training

• Perform ah‑may‑zing blowouts on our clients consistently
• Provide an over the top client experience
• Sell products, tools, and memberships
• Keep the shop fresh! Activities including, but not limited to: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re‑stocking product shelves
• Attend scheduled meetings

• Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
• Desire to provide ah‑may‑zing styling, finishing skills, and exceptional customer service
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team
• A polished appearance! We dress in our Drybar colors: black, white, grey, yellow, and denim
