Manager of Compensation
Hybrid - 1-2 days a month in office

Our client in the Philadelphia suburbs is seeking an experienced Manager of Compensation to lead the design, analysis, and execution of compensation strategies across the organization. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role working closely with HR teams, business leaders, and third-party vendors to ensure competitive, compliant, and effective pay practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an internal compensation consultant to HR and business leaders
Conduct in-depth compensation data analysis and present findings to senior management
Develop and maintain compensation policies and systems
Evaluate job pricing, pay structures, and salary benchmarking
Oversee annual compensation cycles, salary adjustments, and incentive programs
Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and internal standards
Support Workday compensation testing and implementation
Stay current on market trends and legal updates
Qualifications:
5+ years in compensation and change management
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills;
Power BI a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with Workday Compensation preferred
CCP/CEBS or SHRM certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate degree with relevant experience acceptable)
