ARCO is looking for a Strategic Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team to identify and engage top talent. The role will sit in our King of Prussia, PA office.

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs
• Identify passive talent through platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, Zoom Info, cold calling, industry forums, referrals, and targeted research
• Connect and build relationships with potential candidates to assess fit and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Review profiles and resumes, qualify leads for recruiters’ workflows and add them to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Keep candidate pipelines active to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects
• Stay up to date on industry trends and leverage innovative sourcing tools to stay ahead of ánimo needs
• Join team meetings to share best practices, evaluate results, and continuously improve sourcing strategies
• Help the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, when needed

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, cold calling and/or recruiting research.
• Experience working on an in-house corporate recruiting team preferred
• Construction industry experience is preferred
• Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification is a plus
• Experience with iCIMS or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience using recruiting tools such as Linked In Recruiter and Zoom Info. Search Booleans Experience is a bonus.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
