We are seeking a Senior Automation Test Lead with strong experience in cloud migration testing, ETL validation, and data warehouse automation within life sciences and GxP-regulated environments. This role involves leading complex testing programs, validating large-scale AWS migrations, ensuring data integrity, and driving automation across cloud and data ecosystems. The ideal candidate has deep hands‑on experience with AWS cloud testing, database migration strategies, ETL workflows, and Agile delivery, while coordinating across multi‑vendor teams to ensure high‑quality and compliant releases.
Responsibilities- Plan, design, and execute test strategies for AWS cloud migration, database migration, and ETL/DW pipelines.
- Develop automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve coverage, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Lead test teams, review deliverables, prioritize work, and ensure timely defect resolution.
- Validate data transformations, data loads, reconciliations, and end‑to‑end data integrity.
- Work closely with development, cloud, and data engineering teams to align test scenarios and resolve issues.
- Support testing for GxP applications, ensuring strict adherence to compliance and quality guidelines.
- Manage testing across multiple applications in a large, multi‑vendor program environment.
- Prepare migration plans, testing documentation, traceability matrices, and risk assessments.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain test coverage in ALM/Codebeamer or similar tools.
- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS cloud migration testing and database migration validation.
- Proven experience in ETL testing, data warehouse automation, and data reconciliation.
- Must have Life Sciences and GxP application testing experience.
- Proficiency with Selenium/JMeter or similar automation tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments and multi‑vendor programs.
- Hands‑on experience with ALM, Codebeamer, or equivalent test management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and defect resolution skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field;
Masters preferred.
