We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and gaps.
- Perform FIT‑GAP analysis and support solution design with Salesforce teams.
- Validate solutions, support UAT, smoke testing, and defect triage.
- Create Salesforce reports and dashboards; perform data analysis.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Prepare documentation and conduct end‑user training.
- 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Experience with multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations.
- Mandatory Salesforce certifications:
Salesforce Admin and Sales Cloud Consultant. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, Flows, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience with Data Loader and strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Exposure to Data Governance and MDM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (mandatory).
