Duration: 12+ Months

• 15 years of experience.
• Proficient in SAP PPDS / SAP PP / SAP QM.
• Experience in Kinaxis integration.
• 10+ years of life science and process manufacturing experience.
• Seeking an SAP PPDS Manager to lead Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling in S/4
  
  HANA and manage integration with Kinaxis Rapid Response. The role involves end‑to‑end planning solution delivery, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Lead configuration, implementation, and support of SAP PPDS/ePPDS in S/4
  
  HANA.
• Debug and develop custom enhancements in PPDS area, including heuristics based on client requirements.
• Manage planning board/DS board, heuristics, scheduling strategies, and master data.
• Integrate SAP PPDS with Kinaxis Rapid Response, MES systems, and third‑party logistics systems.
• Ensure data consistency through CIF and interface monitoring.
• Collaborate with business, PM/EM, planners, and technical teams to define and deliver planning solutions.
• Drive UAT, cut‑over, hyper‑care, and continuous planning improvements.
• Troubleshoot planning issues and optimize performance across SAP–Kinaxis landscape.

• Strong experience with SAP PPDS/ePPDS (S/4
  
  HANA).
• Expertise in heuristics, optimizers, MRP, DS board, and planning processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response integration.
• Good understanding of CIF, PDS, production versions, BOM, and routings.
• Familiarity with MM, SD, APO, QM, and WM integrations.
• Exposure to tools like Jira/Service Now; AWS knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
