ACL Digital is looking for an experienced Life Sciences leader to head our global Practice & FSP Operations and drive the next phase of growth across our Life Sciences business.
This is a senior leadership role for someone with deep experience in the CRO/Life Sciences industry
, a strong understanding of Data Science & Biometrics
, and a proven track record of building and scaling global businesses and teams.
- Define and execute the global Life Sciences growth strategy across FSP, Staffing, Consulting, Digital Solutions, and Outsourcing
. - Drive growth across Data Science/Biometrics, Statistical Programming, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory, QA, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Operations
, and emerging technologies. - Build and expand the organization’s capabilities as a Data CRO and technology solutions partner
. - Lead global business growth across North America, India, China, and Europe
. - Partner closely with Sales and Business Development teams to generate new business and strengthen key client relationships.
- Own business forecasting, P&L performance, operational growth, and delivery strategy.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing global teams.
- Support strategic contracts, bids, outsourcing initiatives, and client partnerships.
- 15+ years of experience in Life Sciences/CRO, particularly within the Data Science/Biometrics space.
- Proven experience building and leading large global teams and businesses from the ground up
. - Strong understanding of the global Life Sciences business and the ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Experience managing outsourcing/offshore operations, particularly in India
. - Strong knowledge of P&L and financial metrics
, with demonstrated business growth. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong industry network with decision-makers across Pharma, Biotech, CRO, and Life Sciences digital solutions
.
