QA Manager

As a QA Manager with Presidio, you will be responsible for defining and driving the overall QA strategy, leading QA teams across multiple work streams and regions, and ensuring consistent testing standards and quality outcomes. Oversees test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness while maintaining end-to-end test coverage, traceability, and adherence to quality gates. Provides stakeholders with clear reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and issues, while driving continuous process improvement and enhancing QA maturity across the organization.

This is a hybrid role with 5% associated travel.

• Own and drive QA strategy and execution
• Lead and manage QA teams across work streams and regions
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and execution quality
• Manage defect triage and resolution tracking
• Provide status reporting, metrics, and risk visibility
• Act as primary QA stakeholder interface
• Enforce release quality gates
• Drive process improvements and QA maturity
• QA Strategy & Test Plans
• Test execution reports and dashboards
• Defect and quality metrics
• Risk/issue logs with mitigation plans
• Release readiness assessments

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience
• 10+ years' experience in Quality Assurance
• Minimum 5+ years prior experience in a QA Manager / Lead role
• Experience in large-scale, multi-system implementations
• Demonstrable experience in:
  • QA strategy, test planning, and estimation
  • Managing end-to-end testing (functional, integration, UAT, regression)
  • QA governance, metrics, and reporting
  • Defect lifecycle management and triage
• Stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination
• Experience using Azure Dev Ops / JIRA / Smartsheets
• Previous automation exposure (Selenium, Browser Stack, Playwright etc.)
• Experience with API/integration testing (Postman)

• PMP, Agile/Scrum
