• Defend clients in General Liability, Premises Liability, Motor Vehicle, and Slip & Fall cases
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Draft legal documents, briefs, and reports with precision and timeliness
• Work closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies
• Deliver results through strong negotiation and advocacy

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and caseloads independently
