Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload and providing exceptional legal services to clients.
Duties- Manage and oversee litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court and during depositions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.
- Active license to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
- Experience in litigation preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
