Family Law Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Law Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of dedicated family law experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is skilled in client counseling, case strategy, and courtroom advocacy, with a strong ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.

• Represent clients in all areas of family law, including:
• Divorce and legal separation
• Custody, parenting time, and child support
• Property division
• Domestic violence matters
• Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
• Handle all aspects of case management, including legal research, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing financial affidavits, and settlement negotiations.
• Advocate for clients at motion hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates, guidance, and compassionate support.
• Work collaboratively with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys to ensure efficient case progression.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, billing entries, and documentation.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies aligned with client goals.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active licensure and good standing with the state bar in PA.
• 3–5 years of substantive family law experience in a law firm or legal services environment.
• Strong knowledge of family law statutes, procedures, and local court rules.
• Proven litigation experience, including motion practice and courtroom appearances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion when working with sensitive client matters.
• Proficiency with case management software and legal research tools is a plus.
