Logistics Specialist

Location: King of Prussia, PA (100% Onsite)

The Logistics Specialist will coordinate inbound and outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation, to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products. This role administers an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs by managing the efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts, and/or finished goods. The specialist will serve as a logistics facilitator to ensure all elements of the distribution process, procedures, and regulatory requirements are coordinated in alignment with customer requirements, time constraints, and budgetary considerations.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations (inventory, warehousing, transportation).
• Ensure sufficient and timely supply of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Maintain and administer inventory control systems aligned with organizational needs.
• Serve as facilitator across distribution processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Balance customer requirements with operational time frames and budget considerations.
