We’re seeking an experienced accounting leader to join a fast-growing organization in a highly visible, high-impact role. This position offers the opportunity to lead a talented team, improve processes, and partner closely with senior leadership as the business continues to scale.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across a complex, multi-entity structure
• Lead, mentor, and develop a collaborative accounting team
• Partner with cross-functional and senior leaders to support broader business objectives
• Drive improvements to month-end close, reporting, and internal controls
• Support system enhancements and broader process‑improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership with clear financial insights, trends, and analysis

• 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
• Prior experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environment
• ERP system experience is a plus
