Job Summary:

• The Accounting Manager oversees all accounting and finance functions of the organization. Ensures compliance with all applicable tax and accounting regulations, manages the preparation of financial reporting and filing of all necessary financial statements and create forecasts predicting future growth. The Accounting Manager is a key role, interacting daily with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all day-to-day accounting functions, including month/year-end close and financial statement preparation
• Prepare and distribute weekly cash reports
• Work hand in hand with Operations/HR Manager
• Maintain banking relationships, cash flow, and payroll/benefit administration
• Annual budget preparation
• Coordinate with tax accountants for timely tax filing
• Handle all business insurance

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience:
  
  Bachelor’s in accounting or related field with 5+ years of experience of accounting and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Industry Expertise:
  
  Background in Commercial Real Estate and experience working in a small business environment is preferred
• Technical Proficiency:
  
  Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and experience with Microsoft products;
  Quick Books and Salesforce experience preferred
• Leadership:
  
  Analytical and critical thinker and someone who fosters collaboration across departments
• Hands-On:
  Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
