Contracts Manager
WHAT WE'RE DOING
Subcontract Program Manager responsible for all cost, schedule, and technical performance aspects of a complex Cost-Type development subcontract for a classified program. Position is primarily on-site at the LM location, but some telework is possible. Candidate must also be willing to travel.
THE WORKResponsibilities include but are not limited to: leading programmatic and technical meetings with the subcontractor, management of the subcontractor's Earned Value baseline (cost and schedule), management of all subcontractor budget and funding allocations/limitations, resolving any issues creating risk to subcontractor performance, management of any Customer driven changes and their impact to the subcontractor, managing subcontractor proposals, communication with leadership, and participation in Customer meetings.

Basic Qualifications- Experience in Program Management or Subcontract Program Management
- Earned Value and/or Control Account Management (CAM) Certified with CAM experience
- Proposal experience
- Must have an active Top Secret Clearance
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- CAM experience on Cost Plus type contracts/subcontracts
- Demonstrated technical aptitude
- Risk Management experience
- Accountable to commitments
- Results oriented
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to adapt and learn
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.
