• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as the physician’s treatment plan.
• Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Currently licensed by the PA State Board of Nursing.
• Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
