Landscape Installation Crew Leader

Description: Landscape Installation Crew Leader should be experienced in Hardscape and Landscape installation and have a minimum of 2-3 years experience, grading, equipment operation, drainage, planting, and project construction planning.

Job requirements are: Taking a design from concept to a completed project. You must have the ability to communicate with customers and other staff, complete paperwork and maintain quality standards. Some knowledge of Spanish will be useful but not required.

You will be responsible for complete property maintenance on a core group of properties. You must have the ability to communicate with customers and other staff, complete paperwork, and maintain quality standards. Some knowledge of Spanish is desirable but not necessary.

Description: Green Scene Landscaping Co., Inc., located in King of Prussia, PA is seeking Landscape Laborers. 7 am to 4 pm. Mow, cut, water and edge lawns, rake and blow leaves, dig holes and trenches, pull and chop weeds, prune and haul top soil and mulch. No experience necessary. Full and part-time positions available.

Description: Direct supervision of all crew members and crew activities. The crew leader is responsible for all record keeping, quality control, time management, basic equipment maintenance, and customer support. On site work duties will consist of lawn cutting, spring cleanup, fall cleanup, and occasional weeding as well as other tasks assigned by the Lawn Crew Supervisor. The crew leader will be responsible for reporting any customer’s property that is in poor condition and needs immediate work.

Job requirements are:
Two years experience as a crew member, 1 year experience as an assistant crew leader or previous experience as a crew leader, a valid PA driver’s license, a proven ability to manage time and human resources, proven ability to communicate with customers, peers, and management. The Lawn Crew Leader must also demonstrate an ability to hand in paperwork in a timely fashion and communicate with supervisor as required to ensure a smooth running operation.

Strong problem solving skills are the mark of a highly performing Crew Leader.
