Beverage Server-Casino; Part Time

The Beverage Server position is responsible for providing superior service to our casino guests.

• Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers.
• Recognizes guests immediately with a friendly, courteous greeting and serves as a “walking information center” by providing information on all aspects of Valley Forge Casino services and facilities.
• Assists guests with beverage selection, demonstrating salesmanship with product knowledge.
• Ensures guest satisfaction through quality checks and responsiveness to guest complaints.
• Maintains a well-groomed, neat, and clean appearance, carrying out duties with attention to sanitation and safety.
• Anticipates, identifies, and provides for guest needs.
• Has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
• Maintains and upkeeps the service bar area with cleanliness and organization a priority.
• Performs inventories and other duties as assigned.

• Familiarity with beverage and wine service.
• Previous service skills preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
