Position OverviewThe Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, engaging customers and demonstrating elevated product knowledge and expertise.

- Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
- Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales
- Deliver friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items
- Recover cash wrap selling zone and handle “go‑backs”
- Process merchandise to be floor‑ready and maintain back‑room and under‑stock to brand standards
- Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure availability on the sales floor
- Assist with other projects such as markdowns, re‑tickets, and mark‑out‑of‑stock processes
- Execute floorset proficiently
- Understand and adhere to brand standards
- Assist with maintenance of back‑room and under‑stock, including merchandise and non‑merchandise, to enable efficient replenishment
- Drive top‑line store sales results and grow the business through action and productivity
- Maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator, supporting our “Best at Bras” culture
- Prepare for each shift by maintaining awareness of sales, promotions, and ringing procedures
- Take initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, ensuring availability to sell
- Understand and adhere to visual merchandising brand standards
- Assist in housekeeping of the sales floor and communicate maintenance issues
- Build awareness of loss prevention and reinforce store strategy to reduce shrink
- Support activities related to a safe working environment
- Demonstrate company values and build loyalty through the Rewards Program
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds with frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
Minimum salary: $13.00 per hour
Maximum salary: $16.25 per hour
