• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Interact professionally with other employees and customers.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
• Grow a geographic territory utilizing exceptional time and territory management.

• Service existing customers, obtain orders and establish new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade contacts.
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential customer markets.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.

• Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and VPN
• Efficient with Windows based ERP programs (brand specific not required)

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business or related field
• 5 or more years' experience in a related position

• Full‑time outside sales role.
• This role covers a six‑state territory in the Northeast with a preferred home base in the Philadelphia area.
• Travel requirements vary depending on business needs, but candidates should expect to travel approximately 50% to 75% of the time.

• Base salary + 3% commission on all sales within their assigned territory.
