We are looking for a part‑time Spa Ambassador at our King of Prussia, PA location. The role focuses on welcoming, empowering, and connecting with clients to enhance their experience and encourage membership sales.

• Welcome, empower, and connect with clients to meet daily membership goals.
• Build long‑term relationships and provide excellent customer care to members and guests.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries.
• Stay knowledgeable about products, services, and policies.

• Computer skills;
  Zenoti knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication and personable service delivery.
• Authentic enthusiasm and relationship‑building.
• Sales and customer engagement with ability to translate to membership sales.
• Reliability; on‑time arrival for every shift.

• Computer literacy.
• High school diploma required.
• 18 years old or older.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Strong team player able to work independently with minimal supervision.
