- Prioritizing
Experience:
Minimum 5-10 years in sales, interior design, and/or Retail Leadership experience preferred. - Design Passion: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (or related field) or equivalent experience. Recent grads and seasoned pros welcome!
- Sales Savvy: Proven ability to connect with clients and close sales in a consultative, relationship-focused environment.
- Tech Forward: Comfortable with digital floor planning, 3D/AR/VR visualization tools, and social media marketing.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong listening, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Self-Starter: Motivated to build your business, manage your time, and exceed goals.
- Flexible & Reliable: Full-time, on-site role includes weekends. Visiting client homes and networking participation expected - valid driver's license or reliable transportation required.
- Base Draw: Minimum annual recoverable draw of $40,000 paid biweekly.
- Incentive-Based Pay: Unlimited earning potential based on your written performance.
