Paramount Philly is currently hiring an Account Manager to support our business‑to‑business (B2B) telecommunications campaign
. This is a full‑time, in‑person position ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills who are looking to grow in a sales and client relationship‑focused environment
.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with small to mid‑sized businesses, educating them on service options, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process. Full training is provided.

Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $68,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships through in‑person business outreach
  • Present telecommunications service options to potential business customers
  • Provide product education, address questions, and assist with onboarding
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed campaign goals
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑ups
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision‑makers
  • Professional demeanor and reliability
  • Full‑time availability for in‑person work in the Philadelphia area
  • Previous customer service, sales, or account management experience is helpful but not required
