As a Security Officer - Top Secret Clearance Dispatcher in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and maintain a strong presence to support a secure environment.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage access control systems to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related protocols at the location.
• Receive and dispatch communications regarding incidents, emergencies, or routine matters in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed, following established protocols for the location.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by responding to inquiries and assisting with security-related concerns.
• Follow site-specific policies, procedures, and post orders as directed by Allied Universal and the location.
• Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities when appropriate, according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
