Summary
Protect store assets, customers, and colleagues while supporting shortage reduction and safety programs. Use investigative skills, technology, and reporting to strengthen asset protection and compliance.
Responsibilities- Support asset protection plans and shortage reduction programs.
- Build partnerships with store colleagues, leadership, law enforcement, mall management, and legal counsel.
- Train colleagues on theft mitigation, operational compliance, and safety procedures.
- Use reporting and security technology to monitor compliance and drive improvements.
- Help maintain a safe environment and meet safety, shortage, and audit goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of asset protection or loss prevention experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of alarms, EAS, CCTV, and lock and key systems.
- Ability to work with all levels of management and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
