- Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)
Candidates must hold a valid driver's license that complies with the AU Driver Policy.

- Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.
- Alarm Panel Experience (B202) Candidates must demonstrate experience with alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm activation, deactivation, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204) Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications, managing emails, and utilizing digital communication tools.
- CPR Certification (B205) Candidates are required to hold a valid CPR certification. This certification must be current and recognized by a reputable organization.
- Customer Service Experience (B219) Candidates should possess prior customer service experience. This includes effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and customers

- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control requirements at an aerospace and defense business location.
