** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Valid Driver's License
** Candidates must possess a valid driver's license that complies with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This includes:

+ A current and valid license issued by the appropriate authority.

+ No significant driving violations or restrictions that would impede the ability to perform job-related duties.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
** Candidates must demonstrate experience with alarm panel systems, including installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of security protocols related to alarm systems is essential.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Proficiency in using computers or tablets is required. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications, managing emails, and utilizing digital communication tools.

** CPR Certification (B205)
** Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. This certification should be current and recognized by a reputable organization.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** A background in customer service is essential. Candidates should have experience in interacting with clients, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in a professional manner.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and security-related protocols at an aerospace and defense business location.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorization as directed, and document visitor activity, incidents, and patrol observations accurately.

+ Communicate promptly with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders regarding security-related incidents and operational concerns.

* + An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
