You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control procedures, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. • Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management to ensure security protocols are followed.

• Alarm Panel Experience (B202)Familiarity with alarm panel systems is required to maintain safety and security within the workplace.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential for daily operations and communication.

• CPR Certification
  Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and clients. Allied Universal offers free paid training for all new hires to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)Previous experience in customer service is highly valued, as it contributes to a positive work environment and enhances client relations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with facility requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Support a professional environment at an aerospace and defense-related location while maintaining accurate daily activity and incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
