** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management to ensure security protocols are followed.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
** Familiarity with alarm panel systems is required to maintain safety and security within the workplace.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential for daily operations and communication.

** CPR Certification
** Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and clients. Allied Universal offers free paid training for all new hires to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Previous experience in customer service is highly valued, as it contributes to a positive work environment and enhances client relations.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with facility requirements.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.

+ Support a professional environment at an aerospace and defense-related location while maintaining accurate daily activity and incident documentation.

* + An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
