As a Security Officer Security Clearance Dispatch Analyst in King Of Prussia, PA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor alarm activity, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, communicate with personnel and emergency services, and maintain accurate records. • Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing employee access badges.

• Alarm Panel Experience (B202)Candidates must demonstrate experience with alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm activation, deactivation, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with basic software applications, email communication, and data entry.

• CPR Certification (B205)Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. This certification should be current and recognized by a reputable organization.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)Candidates should have a background in customer service. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by following site‑specific security‑related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, maintenance concerns, and security‑related incidents to appropriate personnel and responders.
• Monitor communication systems, maintain detailed dispatch logs, and relay timely information during routine operations and critical situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
