Install Coordinator – Indoor Comfort

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong ability to multitask with precision and focus on details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with Service‑Titan is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically capable of sitting, walking, and standing for several hours at a time, as well as lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to respond to phone calls promptly.

• Liaise with the sales team to coordinate installation bookings.
• Schedule installations and allocate install crews using Service‑Titan.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding installation schedules and completion timelines.
• Prepare necessary permits and documentation prior to installation work.
• Keep the Install Boards updated and organized.
• Ensure the accurate recording of equipment in customer records.
• Register equipment and process rebates as needed for both the company and customers.
• Assist customers in scheduling inspections or addressing post‑installation inquiries.
• Conduct follow‑up calls post‑installation to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
