Maintenance Technician – LUV Car Wash

LUV Car Wash was founded in September 2021 and has grown to over 80+ locations in six states (California, Nevada, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey). We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help us maintain and improve our car‑wash equipment across our network.

Physical Demands
  • Move safely over uneven terrain or confined spaces.
  • See clearly and respond to dangerous situations.
  • Safely climb ladders while carrying 40+ pounds.
  • Work in extreme weather.
  • Work in a wet environment and wear PPE correctly throughout the day.
Essential Functions
  • Maintain mechanical and electrical systems at 5-6 car washes in an assigned region.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (weekly, monthly, annual).
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment (pumps, motors, hydraulics, tunnel equipment, control systems).
  • Assist Operations with facility work (concrete, plumbing, electrical, framing, appliance, ground repair).
  • Order and manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct site inspections for preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with installation of new components.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly.
  • Adhere to OSHA guidance, safety protocols, and LOTO compliance.

Regional Service Manager

Non‑Exempt

Requirements
  • Flexible work hours, including overtime for on‑call emergency repairs.
  • Ability to work consistent shift schedules: 4 pm–1 am (Twilight) or 4 am–1 pm (Sunrise).
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Self‑starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent time‑management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of Lock Out/Tag Out protocols.
Education

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience
  • 3+ years of car‑wash or distribution‑center equipment repair and maintenance.
  • 3+ years of electrical and control wiring experience.
Compensation

$26–$30 per hour.
