Lead Software Engineer

Soni's client is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise applications. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, cloud platforms, and modern Dev Ops practices. This role includes hands‑on development and leading a team to deliver high‑quality software.

• Lead and mentor developers, guiding architecture, design, and coding standards.
• Partner with product and business teams to define technical requirements.
• Build scalable, high‑performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs; implement messaging with Kafka and Rabbit
  
  MQ.
• Work with SQL/No
  
  SQL databases (Oracle, Firebase) and caching tools (Redis, Memcached).
• Deploy applications to AWS, GCP, or Azure using CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage Docker/Kubernetes environments and ensure proper monitoring with ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and drive Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate across QA, Dev Ops, and Security to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain compliance, uphold company standards, and support ethical business practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience (backend + frontend).
• 1+ year of leading developers or technical teams.
• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable working in Agile and fast‑paced environments.
