The primary purpose of your job is to assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting. Supervision must align with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines. Follow all health, sanitation and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state in which you work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs, including electronic health record software.

• Wage: $34.00–$36.00 per hour.
