Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) role at Saber Healthcare Group provides compassionate, skilled nursing care in a dedicated skilled nursing facility. The position supports residents’ comfort and dignity while offering career growth opportunities, including advanced education and loan forgiveness programs. This role is open for full‑time and part‑time shifts and is located in Winston‑Salem, NC.

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care, including medication, wound care, and health education.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
• Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system.

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

• Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available; shifts vary.
• Wage: $43.00 per hour.
