Regional Account Executive – Irvin Hardware

Company Overview: Irvin Hardware is a leading provider of outdoor advertising solutions. We specialize in delivering high-quality billboard products throughout North America. As we expand our reach, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team.

Location: King, NC (Remote options available)

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Commensurate with skill and experience – Salary + Commission opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with billboard customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the outdoor advertising market.
• Educate clients on the benefits and applications of our products.
• Collaborate with current print clients to cross‑sell hardware solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Gather and report on market intelligence and customer feedback to inform our strategy.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor advertising or hardware sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.
• An understanding of the outdoor advertising industry is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
