Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Optima Medical

We provide a full spectrum of services, including cardiovascular care, behavioral health, allergy testing and immunotherapy, in‑house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management and other specialty health services.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient examinations and review medical histories
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and timely charting
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, prevention, and wellness
- Promote evidence‑based health practices
- Maintain clinical competency and participate in ongoing professional development
- Proven experience as a Primary Care Physician in an outpatient setting
- Strong knowledge of primary, acute, and chronic care management
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
