Our dedication to our residents and our ongoing training and support for our staff allowed for TLC to be named one of Americas top 100 nursing homes by U.S. News and World Report in 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2018.

Job Summary

Essential Job Functions
Revitalize Patient Lives:
Assess and interpret patient needs, crafting dynamic treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
Innovative Care:
Evaluate current patient functioning, employing approved techniques and tests, and design personalized treatment programs for maximum function restoration.
Empower Recovery:
Administer tailored Occupational Therapy programs, utilizing diverse modalities for upper extremity function, sensory skills, and self-care.
Foster
Collaboration:
Communicate therapy philosophy and goals passionately to patients, families, and the rehabilitation team, ensuring a shared vision.
Coordinate Excellence:
Collaborate seamlessly with Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and Nursing departments for integrated patient care.
Safeguard Confidentiality:
Uphold the value of our healthcare organization by ensuring confidential handling of patient information.
Inspire Team Success:
Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants, ensuring optimal productivity and quality care.
Champion Documentation:
Complete clinical and billing documentation promptly, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance client care.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience
Embrace Lifelong Learning:
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy school with a valid license for the state.

Experience:
Preferred experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation (but not a deal-breaker).Natural Educator:
