    Assess and interpret patient needs, crafting dynamic treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.

    Evaluate current patient functioning, employing approved techniques and tests, and design personalized treatment programs for maximum function restoration.

    Administer tailored Occupational Therapy programs, utilizing diverse modalities for upper extremity function, sensory skills, and self-care.

    Collaborate seamlessly with Physical Therapy, Speech‑Language Pathology, and Nursing departments for integrated patient care.

    Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants, ensuring optimal productivity and quality care.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience
  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy school with a valid license for the state.
  • Preferred experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation (but not a deal‑breaker).
  • Ability to teach and share knowledge effectively.
  • Inherently inclined to actively seek ways to assist and support others.
  • Skillful in connecting with diverse residents and personalities.
  • Gives full attention to others, understanding their points, and asking questions when needed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for problem‑solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, prioritizing a positive and supportive environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
