We are hiring a Charge Master Analyst (Full Time) to join our Revenue Integrity Team.

The Revenue Integrity Charge Master Analyst oversees Charge Description Master (CDM) functions and reimbursement analysis. This role coordinates charge master management, researches coding and billing guidelines, and ensures compliance with CMS and third‑party payer requirements. The analyst provides support and education to departments on billing corrections to optimize revenue generation.

• Coordinate, monitor, and approve all Charge Master changes to ensure compliance with CMS/third‑party payer CPT4/HCPC and revenue center guidelines.
• Review payer source information for correct charge proration and classification under CMS rules jackson.
• Collaborate with billing staff to resolve denied or rejected claims and protect reimbursement.
• Work with departments and finance to develop new charges, investigate billing/coverage guidelines, and educate staff to optimize reimbursement.
• Perform financial audit of UB92 forms, evaluate coding accuracy, and collaborate with Clinical Nurse Auditors to correct reimbursement issues.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: Three (3) years in a related field.
• Skills and Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of CPT/HCPC, UB‑92, HCFA billing, modifiers, billing regulations, and APC reimbursement. Ability to multi‑task under aggressive deadlines, manage line‑by‑line CDM analysis, monitor implementation, familiarity with Medicare policies, audit 1,500+ UB92 forms, and conduct educator sessions.
• Preferences: Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration.

Ability to sit for 6–7 hours daily at a computer terminal; use keyboard; occasionally lift and carry 11–25 pounds of files.
