Job Details:

• Work 4-10 hour shifts per week from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM

• 2-3 late shift requirements from 5:15 PM to 7:00 PM per month

• On-call responsibilities approximately 1 shift per week and 1 weekend shift per month

• Work independently during call and weekend shifts, acting as Lead or Charge Nurse

• Coordinate patient transfers for pre-op workup and serve as intra-op circulator

• Act as secondary PACU RN for final patient of the day

• 1:1 nurse to patient ratio

• Required certifications:
Current Arizona RN license or compact state license, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), Basic EKG competency

• CNOR certification preferred

• Minimum 2 years recent experience as OR Circulator (within past 6 months)

• Associate Degree in Nursing required

• Provide evidence-based nursing care following nursing process and assessments

• Work with various surgical procedures including General, Ortho, Neuro, Podiatry, GYN, Thoracic, and Endocrine

• Utilize Pyxis medication system and Meditech charting system

• Dress code:
Surgical scrubs provided, closed-toe shoes required

• Physical requirements include ability to assist with patients up to 300 lbs and work in various positions
